parfait mais petit dej pas bien
Publié le 13 juin 2022 sur HotelsAccueil parfait, mais gros soucis au petit déjeuner, la salle est très petite. Gros encombrement, pas assez de place, 6 personnes dans la salle et nous ne pouvons plus circuler.
Dommage.

Our stay was interrupted with a lake effect snow storm. Staff was very helpful in refunding the portion of our stay we did not use. The facility is comfortable and clean. In our haste to leave quickly we left behind an iPad. We can ping its exact location and have called the facility. 24 hours later they have yet to verify they have it. That is disappointing

It is very difficult for us to correct our mistakes or make it right without you telling us how we could have better met your expectations. Perhaps you can let us know what we could do better then give us a second chance.

Never seen a drinking fountain in the pool room of a hotel. It makes sence, other hotels should have that too. Room was nice, no elevator but its only 2 floors so it was more difficult getting the bags out of the car than it was up the stairs. The whole place felt very private and secluded which was nice compared to some of those hotels alongside major highways.
