The hotel needs signage at Interchange Road. It is very difficult to find.
The room had 1 desk chair. There was an empty corner where chairs and a table should be. We had half a roll of toilet paper and an open lotion, half full. I called the front desk a couple times and there was no answer. I had to go downstairs and knock on the “employee” door to get toilet paper. No one was at the desk or insight.
The breakfast was nice and the coffee was great.
For the price, we expected more attention to detail. We have stayed at other Fairfield hotels before so had higher expectations.
