Upon arrival at 5:30 pm the room was not ready. It had not been cleaned out as yet from the previous traveller and was told there was no other comparable room available, when we got back the room was ready but it was hastily cleaned so the bathroom toilet and floor area was not cleaned well. The beds were not made properly nor the floors vacuumed, there was a lack of towels and no soap. The pool area was clean, but the pool was so cold so you couldnt enjoy it for long. There are so many other hotels in this area the standard of service needs to be good if you expect travellers to return. I

Our room was still being cleaned when we went up to it! They did a horrible job cleaning it. Dirty wash clothes in the shower, hairs in the bathroom and the floor wasn’t vacuumed. So gross. We will not return to this hotel.
