Woman that answers the phone is rude. Room we booked had bed bugs. When I told the guy at the desk, they DID take care of it right away, moving my room. But there was no apology or note taken. Leads me to believe you should check the room out before bringing in any clothes. There were snots rubbed on the headboard in the room we were moved. But that wasn't quite as big of deal Otherwise it wasn't bad. Quiet

In general it was an OK property. It indeed was clean and recently updated. The bathroom door didn't fit and it was a real job to get it closed and opened again. It would not have been an issue at all for me, but we had a 15 year old grandson traveling with us. At 75, stairs are not our friend. We were put on the second floor, and no elevator. We did not ask to be changed, but it was difficult. There was noise from the freeway, but it did not bother us. The checkin and checkout were seamless. Would I stay there again? Good question...

Super clean

Super clean motel, staff is very attentive, comfortable beds, and hot water. Ask for a backside room if your a light sleeper because of the highway.
