Woman that answers the phone is rude. Room we booked had bed bugs. When I told the guy at the desk, they DID take care of it right away, moving my room. But there was no apology or note taken. Leads me to believe you should check the room out before bringing in any clothes. There were snots rubbed on the headboard in the room we were moved. But that wasn't quite as big of deal
Otherwise it wasn't bad. Quiet

Was not happy that the staff began vacuuming rooms at 7am when check out is at 11. Also unsatisfied that they shut off the television at 9am when again check out is 11. Rooms were okay but not like the pictures that are posted.

It was a nightmare. The staff was shady and acting weird. The owners live above, but yet nobody could get a hold of them. He wrote my credit card information down on a piece of paper and left it at the desk for everybody to see.

There is big disconnect between this hotel and the call center. I booked a stay on Saturday and I called in to extend to the Friday before because my flight came in early. I discussed with the worker I was coming in Friday and set up my reservation to be Friday and Saturday. I get into town the front desk worker said my reservation was for Thursday and they didn’t have anything in the system for Friday but my Saturday reservation was still there. So I was charged for that Thursday that i didn’t stay there and they couldn’t refund that transaction. So I had to pay a higher rate for Friday instead of the one that was offered too me. And then Saturday comes around and they call me saying I was supposed to check out, then upgrade my room on Saturday. So now I’m lost because I already paid for Saturday but they are saying I have to pay for that day as well. Both workers were rude and only cared about getting more money. They wanted me to pay more but unable to refund me the payment I made. I paid a total of 300 dollars for a 2 day stay that should have been around 180. I’m not sure whose managing or running this place but is very unprofessional and a rude staff. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

We travel out east every year and we stay at the Red Roof Inn coming and going. It’s so convenient getting on and off the freeway and the McDonald’s and gas stations are right there. We’ve never had a bad room, and the hotel staff have always been very friendly and helpful. We will definitely continue staying here.
