Shower drain only issue.

Although I agree with others that the room although comfortable and roomy enough for the two of us, was noisy due to the traffic from the gas station and xway traffic and a few noisy late night disrespectful guests coming in late. I was pleased to find out that our room had a refridge and microwave as it stated our room didn’t. The main problem that I brought to the (attention of management) was the drain in the shower. Water was over the lip 1” at the back of the pan shower. It didn’t get taken care of by the housekeeper that was supposed to clear it. I did it myself after my shower for my wife to take hers. It was excess hair build up on the drain cover below the stainless steel cover that was over it. I told the manager this and he apologized profusely but should have gave me a night free based on the charge and price of plumbers being called out for this.

Very clean, front desk was professional and friendly. Room was a bit small but i only slept there. Mattress was very comfortable. Signage at front desk was informative and very well done.

Birthday trip

This hotel yes is fairly new but this hotel is always clean, the rooms are always clean. Bathrooms a very clean. The beds are comfortable, the people there are very friendly. The only thing is the cigarette butts outside of the hotel and they should spend just a little bit of time to clean that up and provide seating for non smokers. Will definitely continue to stay there.

We were greeted with a personalized goodie bag and got a room on 3rd floor. Room on small side but that didn’t bother us. The decor and amenities in room (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, no safe though) we’re tasteful. I’ll give props on the comfort of mattress, pillows and bedding - very comfortable. Nice sink and mirror in bathroom. Walk in shower door needed adjustment as it didn’t stay closed. Breakfast in am was ok. What really brings on such a low rating is that the hallway of the hotel and our room were unbelievably damp resulting in sn old wet carpet or mop stench. Even our bedding and clothing felt damp to the touch. We tried to negotiate our way to cancel our 2nd night reservation at 10 am same day but it was denied. We decided to tough it out. Upon return at the end of the day, a housekeeper appeared and asked us if we wanted her to Febreeze the room. Uh no. A spray can mask the smell but not deal with the mouldy humid smell. Upon check out, front desk just said sorry about your experience.
