Hotels.com give false confirmations of booking.
Publié le 29 oct. 2022 sur HotelsWhen I arrived the Hotel had no record of my booking although i had received a confirmation email from Hotels.com. The hotel advised that they no longer use Hotels.com.
This is the 2nd time this has happened with a Hotels.com booking.
I will never use Hotels.com ever again

Room for improvement.
Publié le 23 févr. 2018 sur HotelsTo start the reception did not know of my booking. Had to stand in reception and forward my booking confirmation. First room not all the lights worked. Second room was good. The bed was not comfortable at all.And the bed can do with a flat sheet on the bed. Shower head was not working properly and room had a smell. Room can do with air-con. Lots of noise in front of the room and security and shape up at the guesthouse.The WiFi was so bad I didn't even go on line. Has a bad driveway as well.
