They can do better
Posted Sep. 5, 2023 on HotelsThe mini fridge in the two single bed room isn't working. It has a heavy smell when you open it. The one bedside lamp isn't working either. The basin tap isn't fixed.

Stay at La-Picasso

Good for a Stop Over

Welcome at reception was great and must compliment the staff that work there as they are extremely friendly and helpful.
Rooms were big and bathroom was massive.
Not very modern but comfortable.
Breakfast was average.

The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Grounds are pleasant.
No airconditioning in extreme heat.
Great potential for raising the bar to provide five star service.
