Was not told about Wi-Fi, so I don't know whether they have it or not; website says they do. They do NOT have breakfast, although the cards in their rack say that they do, and even give the times. Receptionist says they have not offered it since COVID, and may need to update their cards (yeah). My wife booked this place with the understanding from Expedia that they do offer breakfast, but when I search in Expedia, I don't find Lincoln Host Motor Inn listed at all. To be fair to Lincoln Host, their direct website does not mention breakfast, just coffee and tea, and the receptionist did make good recommendations on nice places nearby to get breakfast. The place was convenient, clean, and comfortable. I slept well.

Spotless room and bathroom. Very limited amenities such as tiny soap, shampoo. No coffee in room, and no minimal pastry or toast in lobby to go with “donations to the coffee fund” coffee pot. Bed was fine; pillows very stiff. All in all, very clean and well maintained building operated very frugally.

Great value for the money. Clean rooms and everything (lights, microwave, tv, refrigerator, a/c, shower) worked great. No coffee maker in room but there was coffee in the lobby. Close to everything!

We have stayed at this hotel many times while visiting family. Love the new remodel. Bed was super comfortable. Room very clean. Front desk staff on check in was very friendly. We will continue to stay when in town visiting.
