La chambre qu’on nous a donné n’avait pas eu le ménage fait. On nous a accordé une autre.
C’est vieux comme décor mais propre.

Not up to scratch
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsConvienent location and affordable. Many recent updates to the hallways and rooms were apparent. Room was comfortable but the bathroom was not cleaned well and I had to make two trips to front desk for clean towels since there was only one, yes one, towel in the room on our arrival. Who cleans these rooms? Have they had ANY training? Does anyone inspect the rooms after cleaning? Highly annoying oversights like this are dealbreakers for experienced travelers.

Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsGood hotel nice place to stay, was there a total of 3 nights, two stays. However... we were told the Pub would be open 5 to 10 every evening. It was never open.. breakfast in the morning was adequate, but one morning there was no coffee the whole time we were in there..again not a big deal, but irksome just the same. The important things were taken care of, for sure, and tge staff was great, but had the capability of being so much more..

Arrived for room with 3 travelers: assigned room A/C not functioning after room cooked in 90 temps all day.
Moved to 2 rooms with lesser beds, and A/C not working newly assigned room. Complementary bath toiletries empty tubes! Asked for manager response and had none. Asked for refund, no reply. Listing services included onsite bar (closed on our Friday night stay!), laundry facility ( none; took to off-site laundromat), and morning complimentary breakfast was unstaffed initially and no coffee to start.
Only bright spot was registration counter staff (young woman with pink braces: Very helpful and pleasant).
Cannot recommend any stay until deficiencies are corrected, facilities repaired/updated, and staffing and services reevaluated. Expedia should deplatform this property until it's deficiencies are inspected and verified by Expedia. I'm losing confidence in the Expedia experience. A losing effort. Please get better
