Family time

The stay was more difficult than planned day one we checked in at 10pm and the elevator was broken with no fix date available my handicapped mom had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the room, day two we were put in a room but it was not handi cap available, so we stayed in that room and made due. The staff was very friendly though and food was great

Pleasant and reasonably priced hotel

All of the amenities were nice at the hotel. The room was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and prompt. The the breakfast included eggs, sausage, sausage patty, oatmeal, pre-made waffles, and had all of the general accompaniments. The only hiccup we had during our stay was that we booked and prepaid for a room with one single king bed, but ended up getting a room with two queen size beds. That said, the bedding, mattress, and pillows were all very comfortable. The price was also reasonable coming in at about $280 with everything included.

Property was well maintained except for the broken elevator. It is very frustrating when you have to drags luggages up the stair.

No elevators

First room smelt of weed and the air conditioner didn’t work the second room had ants the elevator didn’t work and wasn’t told until we got to the hotel I am disabled and having to walk stairs was hard

The elevators were not working and we needed to drag suitcases up three flight of stairs. My husband is 83 and I’m 75. So it was harder than it might have been for a younger guest.

The staff was friendly. The room was big and comfertable. The elevator was broken down on the day we went. They waived the $10 parking fee beacuse of the inconvenience. The free breakfastwas good for what it was.
