Dissapointed at the reception.
Publié le 24 sept. 2019 sur HotelsHi i booked online with hotels.com only to find out that when we arrive at the hotel its fully booked, we almost slept in the car and ended up sleeping in a place we didn't like it.So how can i rate a place i didn't sleep in? I ended up in a reception.

Overall experience TERRIBLE! Hotel is still new and a LOT of amenities are still outstanding

Very new hotel but was not ready to host. Took more than 45min to get a room on check in date - they had not even prepares for our arrival yet arrived at 22H00 with kids. Rooms had no bins, no towel racks and no soap rack, not even a glass for water.
On departure day, left without breakfast as the restaurant had no staff, took more than an hour just to get drinks. Because of time constraints, we left without breakfast and the kids were too hungry.
Yet till today no response or formal apology from th establishment.
The infrastructure is lovely but their service delivery leaves little to be desired - inexperienced staff who still require lots of training.
