Goede locatie maar appartement was alleen het noodzakelijke aanwezig. Echter gezien appartement alleen bedoeld was om te overnachten was dit prima. Gezien de goede locatie een uitstekende prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Eigenaar was echter passief agressief. Vonden vooral het ontvangst eigenaardig.

Töpfe und Geschirr vorhanden. Herd funktioniert gut. Decken und Kissen sehr dünn. Fenster zum Innenhof, durch bodentief im Erdgeschoss allerdings ein wenig schwierig mit Privatsphäre.

Enttäuschendes "Zimmer"
Für 3 Personen, war dieses "Zimmer" doch einfach zu klein. Wenig Komfort, da kaum Ablageflächen. Kein Schrank für Kleidung, Sachen müssen im Koffer bleiben. Das Sofa für die dritte Person steht direkt an der Eingangstür/Haustür. Teilweide defekte Einrichtung, im Bad keine Duschabtrennung . Nach einmal duschen, schwimmt das ganze Bad. Keine Lichtquelle am "Spiegelschränkchen". In diesem Zimmer kommt leider keine Gemütlichkeit auf. Die Fotos in der Anzeige sind nicht aussagekräftig. Was uns sehr gestört hat, das die Wohnung keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat, so wie in der Anzeige angepriesen. Es handelt sich um ausschließlich öffentliche Parkplätze in der Straße die aber durchgehend besetzt waren.

Keinerlei Ablage im Bad. Keine Haken für Handtücher im Bad. Im Wohnbereich keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten, kein Schrank. Kühlschrank dreckig! Bettwäsche fragwürdig. Handtücher nur auf Nachfrage (pro Person 1 Handtuch).

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber!!! super !! und die Kommunikation hervorragend und sehr freundlich. kleine Anmerkung, in einem Raum waren die Gardinen herunter von der Stange, wir haben sie wieder aufgehängt und im Aufenthalts/ Küchenraum sind die Jalusien defekt.
