Une escroquerie scandaleuse

Quand j’ai réservé l’hot En février j’ai payé la chambre ce qui est normal. Ce matin (4 july 2019) je m’aperçois que l’hôtel m’a pris une 2ème fois le prix de la chambre !
Je n’ai jamais vu cela c’est un véritable scandale!
Je compte sur hôtel.com pour m’ai A résoudre ce grave problème

I really enjoyed my stay. The property is in a beautiful area right next to the railroad tracks. It can be loud but I found the trains coming through very soothing. The room was small but the space was adequate for my needs. It was also clean and the bed was very comfortable. Look forward to coming back with family next summer.

The place was so hard to get to. Gravel road with lots of potholes, 2.5 miles away from the building. The car will probably need a wheel alignment. Very poor signage to get there. Trains constantly going through out the night 109 feet away. The bed frame was metal and makes so much noise when you move. No light bulbs next to the bed lamps. It would be a nightmare to drive at night. Very decieving on the booking

Thank you for your feedback! We are definitely a remote location and that does come with challenges - hence the dirt road. Though we do love our historic location and it's deeply rooted connection to the railroad we understand it can get a loud at times. We hope you'll stop by our location again and see the beauty of the area again now that we're well past our renovation/re-opening!

Good and not so good.
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe had booked two rooms, one for my husband and myself and one for a family member. Our room was clean and comfortable, the other family member said his bathroom was not clean. There were dirty towels in bath and a dirty toilet. The bedroom area was fine and clean.

Very nice people

Sitting outside on the covered porch, watching the train go by made it a very enjoyable stay. We wish we would have known about this place when our kids were younger. Thank you for a very nice stay.

We are driving cross country and found this gem of a hotel. It had reopened only a few weeks before our stay and the entire in has been renovated with painstaking detail to its history. Our room was small but cozy, the bathroom brand new and modern . The bed was comfortable and inviting. The staff, from
front desk to restaurant and bar were friendly and welcoming. We stayed for three nights and were delighted that we found this spot. It’s located about 25 miles from either the west or east entrance to Glacier National Park. We couldn’t be happier with our experience

Beautiful and conveniently located. Unique, picturesque rooms. No utilities close by so make sure you have what you need. Only negative was the trains driving by sometimes woke us up, but it was so beautiful we didnt mind that. Definitely will be back.
