A nice place to stay in Glacier

Drawbacks! Too close to hwy. And trains

We are. 66 and 71, so having to walk to a separate bath house was not good. But the price was good

Close to Going-to-the-Sun Road!
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HomeAwayHad a good time overall and was comfortable to sleep in. Property has a full bathroom with sauna (which was AMAZING for after a long day of hiking). Wifi is good since there is no cell service (which was very expected due to the remoteness). Only downside that we wish we would’ve known beforehand was that every few weeks the whole area (from East to West Glacier) loses power for a few hours. Thankfully we got power back the same day but it was a few hours later on our first day which didn’t make check in super fun. There are ongoing forest fires going on near (not visibly so) the cabin, so if you’re planning a visit soon don’t be alarmed. Other than that, nice place!

Traditional Cabin
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay. It is a unique cabin experience. Close to GP and several hiking trails. I used the sauna all 3 days - very nice! Plenty of hot water!
Mosquito netting/screen around the porch would be a nice addition-we we’re chased inside 1 night during our stay.
I would recommend to anyone that wants a stay away from the norm and in a more rustic setting.

Good spot close to Glacier and a lot of other fun sights.

Gas grill on site ready to go with the cooking utensils if you need it.

Was very nice for the cost. Enjoyed our stay and the cabin and sauna were perfect.
