"We had a fantastic family vacation at this stunning villa in Chocolate Hole! We thoroughly enjoyed the location within steps of the water and convenient to Cruz Bay. We appreciated the gourmet kitchen and the grill on the patio as well as all of the stocked spices that were available. The villa is modern, clean and comfortable. The property manager Dave was very nice and quickly responded to all of our questions. St John Island is a gorgeous, unique vacation destination and we highly recommend this property! Hopefully we will be back soon."

"We had such an amazing stay at Saint Somewhere. JP was a gracious host who met us at the property for check in and even brought flowers and a gift! I stay at a lot of short term rental properties - and this one was likely the most well stocked rental I have EVER stayed at. The kitchen had every appliance you could need - blender, air fryer, ice maker, coffee maker, lemon squeezer, dishwasher... everything! The bathrooms had endless supply of shampoo & conditioner, makeup wipes, soaps, etc. The house had beach chairs, snorkel gear, towels, sunblock, guidebooks, boardgames... EVERYTHING you could ever want/need. The views from the pool deck are so gorgeous - overlooking the Westin Beach for sunset... and also sunrise views! The pool was clean and temperate and lit - for swimming around the clock. The location is easily driveable to Cruz Bay. We loved the central sound system and outdoor showers! This place is so dreamy... I HIGHLY recommend! The only thing to note is that it really is a two bedroom. There is a space where an air mattress can be set up with relative privacy, but it's not a proper bedroom. Two couples, or a small family will LOVE this villa! We will definitely be coming back. "

"We stayed for 4 nights-- 2 kids (14,12) and 4 adults (grandparents and parents). This was a beautiful and comfortable space. One great downstairs bedroom, two spacious upstairs bedrooms. We had 3 other family members visit during the evenings and there was space for all nine of us to hang out together. The communication with the property managers was fantastic.Location is about 7-8 minutes max from the Ferry Landing-- 15 minutes from the national park. Our only difficulty was finding the space initially. It is in a development off of Chocolate Hole Road, but Chocolate Hole Road has no road sign:) It is the 4th right past the Westin, so easy to find once you know what to look for. "
