Frontline Family Holiday Apartment

Stunning 2 bedroom apartment located in a beautiful front-line community only 25 minutes walk along the beach to the port of Estepona. This recently renovated apartment contains a master bedroom with double bed and a smaller bedroom with a single bed that can be transformed into a double bed, a modern shower room, living/dining area, terrace, kitchen and free wifi. Travel cot available on request. The gated community has a large pool, with separate children's pool, tennis court, BBQ area (requiring reservation on site), shaded secure parking and secure direct access to the beach.

Only a 25 minute drive from Marbella, Estepona is a beautiful town with traditional cobbled streets, churches, beaches and beach bars/chiriguitos as well as many other restaurants and tapas bars for a good evening out. Estepona has its weekly market held every Wednesday near the port with everything from local produce to baby clothes. The port of Estepona offers a wide range of bars and restaurants as well as the Sunday morning market.

For those guests that are feeling a little more adventurous there are plenty of arranged day trips available to be taken in the area, from visiting Ronda by Train to crossing the Gibraltar Straights to Tangiers. For those hiring a car then Estepona is a perfect starting point for a number of day trips; Malaga (about 1 hour), Seville (about 2.5 hours), Gibraltar (45 mins), Tarifa (1.5 hours), Granada (2 hours) and many more options.

For golfers, there are a great number of golf courses in the area with the closest being Valle Romano only a 5-10 minute drive up the hill from the apartment and Estepona Golf 10-15 minutes to the west.

The apartment/community is suitable for wheelchairs however the bathroom access is restricted in the apartment.

L’apparte A été refait et il est vraiment agréable. Literie confortable, tout le confort y est jusqu’au sièges de piscine disponibles sur l’an terrasse. La piscine est bien avec vue sur mer. Sehr schönes Apartment
Haben hier zu zweit 10 Nächte verbracht und können es nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich und sauber und auch sonst wie beschrieben. Der Gemeinschafts Pool ist sehr groß und war trotz Hauptsaison meist komplett leer. Zu erwähnen wäre vielleicht noch das der Strand direkt vor dem Apartment aus großen und kleinen Kieseln besteht und man Wasserschuhe benötigt . Ansonsten befindet sich aber auch Fußläufig ein schöner Sandstrand .Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

The apartment was on the ground level easily accessible either through the main entrance or from the beach side The apartment had everything you would need for your stay. The pool and garden area was beautiful over looking the sea. Used many times while staying there. Andy the host was very pleasant and easy to get hold off if any problems. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay at the apartment and enjoyed many walks into estepona. Could not ask for snything more. Many thanks again to Andy. We may return next year if you will hsve us.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this fresh, airy and well equipped apartment . The block is well maintained and very clean . The garden and pool area are excellent . The apartment itself has all you need for a comfortable stay and the air conditioning is a big bonus . In particular communication with the owner , Andrew , both before & during our stay was exceptional . The location of the apartment means that a car is essential as it is too far from the shops and certainly from the centre of Estepona to be walking day after day . In a car it’s a piece of cake . Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment

First and maybe the most important of all, the communication, kindness and very quick response from Andrew at all times including pre-arrival, stay and check out were outstanding and much appreciated. The apartment is in a great location... a beachfront complex featuring a nice and clean swimming pool with very kind staff. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we found the apartment also very well cleaned and sanitized. Air conditioning throughout, Highly recommended for a small family... we absolutely loved the whole experience. 5 stars!

Gute Wahl für einen entspannten Urlaub zu zweit oder mit Kind
Wir waren 8 Tage in Andrew's Appartment, das hält, was es verspricht. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, wodurch sie nicht zu stark aufheizt. Strandzugang gibt es direkt vom Appartement, den man Ende September fast exklusiv hat. Ein Auto ist nicht unbedingt erforderlich, auch wenn man zu Fuss etwa 30min bis zum Hafen spaziert. Für einen entspannten Urlaub ist das Appartement somit die ideale Wahl.

A beautiful , clean modern apartment with everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and wifi good. Bed was extremely comfortable with quality bed linen. 15 minute walk to supermarkets and 20 minute walk into Estepona port which has a huge choice of bars and restaurants . The apartment grounds are immaculate and well maintained and the pool clean and welcoming. Communication with owner was exceptionally good and very responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is close to the beach. Easy access to the pool. It is a comfortable relaxing place to stay with birds singing in the morning. The bed is firm and spacious. The apartment was very clean. Good shower. Ok stocked kitchen. Has coffee machine. Good TV and has HDMI inputs. Excellent WiFi. 2 minute drive to Short walk to the beaches. 20 minutes to the marina. Easy to get keys. Please add the name of the complex when sending the information on how to get there so that you don’t drive past. Easy to drop off keys. Easy parking on site of apartment. My only recommendation is to bring something to wash up with. It would be good for a dishcloth to be available on arrival. We had a lovely relaxing few days here and definitely would come again. This apartment is perfect for a couple or 3 friends or a family of 3. We felt very safe here and relaxed.

Relaxing Holiday
The apartment is very well located, at the entrance of Estepona, in a quiet location. It has a fenced parking lot with plenty of shade. The urbanization is quite safe and the neighbours friendly. It is a 15 min walk from a Mercadona, Aldi and Burger King (5min drive). The apartment was completely renovated, and is very modern and comfortable. It has all the necessary appliances (air conditioning, strong wifi, SmartTV). Only lack a microwave. It would be great to put a shutter in the porch window/door to cut the light in the second bedroom, specially at night. The pool is large and clean, surrounded by lots of grass and sun hats to sunbath. The beach has a few stones, common on Spanish beaches, but we are just a short walk away to a very popular fine sandy beach with a Chiringuito, very close to the marina of Estepona. Donna and Andrew were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it!
