Stunning 2 bedroom apartment located in a beautiful front-line community only 25 minutes walk along the beach to the port of Estepona. This recently renovated apartment contains a master bedroom with double bed and a smaller bedroom with a single bed that can be transformed into a double bed, a modern shower room, living/dining area, terrace, kitchen and free wifi. The gated community has a large pool, with separate children's pool, tennis court, BBQ area (requiring reservation on site), shaded secure parking and secure direct access to the beach.
Only a 25 minute drive from Marbella, Estepona is a beautiful town with traditional cobbled streets, churches, beaches and beach bars/chiriguitos as well as many other restaurants and tapas bars for a good evening out. Estepona has its weekly market held every Wednesday near the port with everything from local produce to baby clothes. The port of Estepona offers a wide range of bars and restaurants as well as the Sunday morning market.
For those guests that are feeling a little more adventurous there are plenty of arranged day trips available to be taken in the area, from visiting Ronda by Train to crossing the Gibraltar Straights to Tangiers. For those hiring a car then Estepona is a perfect starting point for a number of day trips; Malaga (about 1 hour), Seville (about 2.5 hours), Gibraltar (45 mins), Tarifa (1.5 hours), Granada (2 hours) and many more options.
For golfers, there are a great number of golf courses in the area with the closest being Valle Romano only a 5-10 minute drive up the hill from the apartment and Estepona Golf 10-15 minutes to the west.
The apartment/community is suitable for wheelchairs however the bathroom access is restricted in the apartment.
