Communication with the property host was excellent, we were met on arrival and everything was explained in detail, we were met again on our departure to see if everything met our expectations.
Overall a very pleasant stay which added to the enjoyment of our holiday.

Publié le 3 août 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely time in Estepona. The house was very well equipped and we were able to enjoy wonderful dinner time at the terrazzo. It is an easy walk to the store as well as in to the town. It was quiet and very friendly neighborhood. We would love to rent this house again.

Absolutely Lovely from start to finish
Publié le 5 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayThe house is absolutely lovely. Situated in a quiet residential resort with a communal pool and about 20m from the sea. The furnishings are nice quality, the kitchen properly equipped to be fully self catered if you wish, the terrace is lovely to sit on with a retractable shade and wonderful views.
Its about a 10-15 min walk to the town where we didn't have a bad meal.
Don't come here if you want an all night party atmosphere- do come if you want to relax by the pool, dine and have a drink on the terrace and have a lovely nights sleep in a really comfortable bed!
The house might not be suitable for people with mobility problems as there are quite a few steps within the house and there isn't a rail or barrier to prevent small children falling off the terrace into the garden. We were a group of friends so it wasn't an issue. One tiny strange anomaly was that there are no sun loungers by the pool nor are you allowed to take the ones in the house to the pool (you can however take a sun chair) or you can lay on a towel. The property manager explained though that it's a resort policy enforced by the president of the commitee and not a personal rule.
10/10 for us. Will definitely be back.

Dear Fran, happy to hear you had such a good time in our house in Estepona. Next time when you stay with us, you are very welcome to take sun loungers to the pool. The rule that sun loungers were not allowed was introduced in the Corona era but now the rule no longer applies.
