If you love views, this is the best spot in the area. My home sits on top of the hill, so you have great views and can still walk down to the town within 15-20 min (depending on your pace) This home is in a gated community with privacy, mountain views, pool views, & sea views, fast internet & comfort. If you want to escape crowds of people, this is the spot.
The home has an open floor plan and is new. Sink into two king-size beds featuring Tempur-Pedic mattresses, carefully selected to provide superior comfort and relief from travel-related fatigue. The two twin beds are no exception, offering therapeutic quality for a restful night's sleep.
This is a modern, luxury penthouse. There are 2 pools to enjoy, private parking for up to 2 vehicles, a fitness center, & an elevator. We have fast high-speed internet, perfect for working from home. We have one portable travel crib for infants and one high chair for your stay (Please request at booking if needed). Estepona is very popular and growing. You can see they are building luxury homes everywhere. There are two cranes visible from my terrace but the majority of construction is on the other side of the community. It hasn’t bothered me one bit as the noise is minimal.

Well Appointed and Convenient
Positives : Greeted by a nice bottle of wine. Location is excellent. Not to far from Old Town and Port. Close to Food shopping ( Mercadona, Lidl ) and highways. The flat is clean and well appointed; as is the development in general. In unit washer/dryer ( rare in Spain ) appreciated. Lots of storage and closets. Terrace is quite large and has great views of mountains, town and water. Pools were clean and towels were provided. Negatives : There is a construction project across the street from the property which we were advised about prior to booking but, that being said, Estepona is a growing exponentially and construction projects are everywhere. No spare towels were provided, one set per bathroom. No blankets were provided, just light bedspreads ( gets chilly at night in October ). No extra set of sheets provided. Our overall assessment is that we would recommend this property and would stay again.

Fabulous Estepona apartment
We had a wonderful three night stay in this beautiful apartment. It is very well located-about a 15 minute downhill walk into town (and a 5 Euro taxi ride back from town if you don't want to walk back). The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds. It has extensive views over the town and the sea ( a few cranes are in your sightlines as construction seems to be booming all along this coast). Maria and Ana Mary were fantastic communicators and promptly answered any questions we had. Estepona has a lovely old town area and some first class restaurants. We did a day trip to Ronda (about one hour by car) which is well worth it. We loved our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing Views!!
This pretty apartment has everything you need for a stay on the Costa del Sol in Estepona! You can see for miles up the coast from the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine and can even hear the church bells from the old town! Seagulls amd other birds sing in the morning making it the most pleasant way to wake up! Just a short 3 minute drive down the hill and you are walking on the beach- or parking to walk at the marina where there is a delightful Sunday market and plenty of places to eat and drink. The apartment is stocked with everything you could need! The beds are super comfortable and it’s just a little slice of heaven! The manager and owner are so hospitable and will work with you to meet your needs. We were absolutely delighted to discover such a wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful Stay
Stunning apartment with a truly sensational view and all the mod cons. A great place to relax and unwind. Host Maria was extremely helpful with all her tips and advice, I couldn't ask for more. Check in was seamless and a big shout out to Ana Mary who welcomed us and was so kind to drop us down and back to the supermarket for some essentials. All in all a great apartment and a brilliant holiday.

Das Appartment hielt was man erwarten konnte. Eine Info das man mit Baulärm rechnen müsse, wäre schön gewesen. Das Hallenbad im Nachbargebäude hatte keine funktionierende Dusche. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat alles getan uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, inklusive Wandertyps. Vielen Dank.
