Cozy rejuvenating studio

Tons of channels on the tv, to just relax and enjoy the solitude.

More of a Motel than a Cabin
Publié le 11 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is more of a motel than a cabin. The cabins are attached to your neighbors with extension cords running behind the couch and into the neighboring cabin. When you pull in it feels more like you’re pulling into a trailer park than a mountain resort, it didn’t help that this cabin is right next to the road.
The inside was mostly clean but everything is very dated.
Previous reviews mentioned that all the furniture was sticky and the property manager said they would fix it. I am here to tell you they did not.
The fireplace they advertise is not a wood burning fireplace and it’s only on while the heat is on, so if you’re looking for a romantic evening by the fire you will be disappointed. Even when it’s on it’s a cheap gas fireplace and not a nice one.
Everything seems to work at 80%. There is burners on the stove that don’t work, they give you a fan which is nice but the lever on top to make it rotate is broken off. The hot tub is clean but several buttons on the key pad don’t work and not all the jets work.
They provide dishes but they are DIRTY, when we checked in the dishes had crusted on food from the last tenements on them. Overall this property is not worth what they are charging, it’s a fancy motel with an hot tub.

You are correct that your unit is part of a duplex and closer to the road. Our apologies for one of the stove burners not working and the fan needing repair. Both of those items have been addressed. The sticky furniture is possibly from the cleaning chemicals on the wooden furniture. We continue to look into this. Regarding the hot tub, there are certain security features that are locked on the control panel that can’t be changed. The hot tub was checked prior, during, and after your stay by our hot tub techs, and everything was working properly. The fireplace is not advertised as a wood burning fireplace. I am unsure of your comments about the exterior surroundings and the dated cabin. We wish you would have used the multiple means to contact us during your stay if you were unhappy. We offer contact information for our office, a 24-hour emergency phone number, a follow up text the next day of your stay asking how your stay is with our contact information, and a Guest Services program where you can request items or report items. We would have acted promptly on how we could have improved your stay. We have a variety of units from free standing cabins to condos on the river. If you are planning on staying in the future, please contact us first and we will help you find a cabin that will best meet your needs.

Pics are not correct

We wouldnt mind coming back but the pictures need to be taken better so people know what they are they walking into. Its alot smaller than what is shown, if you like a smal space this is for you!

The photos are of the actual unit, and you can tell the size of the unit by seeing the furniture/items in multiple photos. You are correct in that the unit is not advertised as private. For future stays, feel free to contact us prior to booking and we can guide you to the best unit for what you are looking for. For example, we do offer free standing cabins or units that may be located further back on a property. Again, we are sorry that this unit did not work for you.

Adequate RMNP Apartment
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayGood, cozy spot for a couple if you’re looking to go hiking in RMNP for a few days. Hot tub was great to come to at the end of the day. However, the WiFi at the property is awful. There’s a smart TV, but you can hardly stream anything with how bad the connection is. Estes park already has bad cell service and having poor WiFi was disappointing.

I am not aware of an extensive WiFi issue on property during the dates of your stay. I wish we would have been aware of the issue in your unit as we would have addressed with our IT support. We have our 24 hour line and our Guest Services program available to reach out to us. We know how important WiFi is to guests. I will definitely have this looked into. Hot tub heaven

Nice place. Great location
