Staff pleasant, room and grounds clean, quiet. Toilet tank leaks causing tank to keep refilling. Ceiling fan rattles.

As others said. Great if you want to disconnect. No TV. Cell service was one bar and unreliable. Wi-Fi per person was 1.5 Mb/s - nearly useless (disconnected me when trying to make reservations in national Park timed entry so couldn’t go).

We are a true location for digital detox, though do provide internet service for guest convenience. Like you we have had difficulty in purchasing timed entry passes at as so many tourists are trying to purchase a ticket for the next day, the website times out. Recently discovered that better option website is Recreation.govThe timed entry is between 9 am and 2 pm at the RMNP

THe staff were great and very welcoming. THe property is simple, but clean and well kept. Nothing fancy, but the outside makes it fancy and perfect!!!!
