It’s just a very special kind of place.makes you feel like going to visit grandma with that folksy kinda charm.

I really like the property and amenities. Breakfast had a variety of foods and the pool and hot tub were very clean! The river view is really worth it. Very beautiful!

Great location. Overall good experience, with a few downsides:
1. the A/C are very basic and would either cool too much or not enough
2. breakfast is *very* basic (eggs and yogurt)

Great location by the river, right outside downtown Estes, with easy access to RMNP.
Staff is fantastic, room was roomy, clean and quiet. Bed and mattresse were great. Only feels a little outdated. But still, very adequate!
