In town with family for a wedding
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in Estes Park for our daughter’s wedding and had 11 adults and an infant. The house had all the amenities we needed, was clean and had lots of communal space for relaxing and eating. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend for a group.

Great deck views
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was great for our large group(15). The front deck was lovely with wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out We had a little issue that the manager was prompt to respond to and fix!
There are a few minor fix needs-door handle on downstairs bedroom falls off and towel rack in downstairs bathroom needs fixed. New cushions on the outside furniture would be nice. Overall it was a fun week.

Wonderful place, wonderful stay
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is just as pictured! There is plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is beautifully stocked and worked well for fixing family meals. There is plenty of space for a large group to visit all together and smaller spaces where a person can relax and get away.
Any questions we had were answered quickly. It was a perfect place for our family reunion. 10 out of 10 review!!
One note: if you are sensitive to heat and planning to stay in the house all day you should note that the home does not have air conditioning. That did not affect us at all since the nights were cool and each bedroom had a good fan but it did get warm midday during hot July days.

celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with family
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home 🏠 is perfect for a large family vacation. Huge family room . The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. Plenty of large bedrooms and no waiting for a bathrooms. Wildlife was walking and grazing most days through the yard. The town is near which was great for everyone. Hiking, horseback riding and rafting was enjoyed, there was Also a ghost tour we enjoyed at the Stanley hotel

Family fun

I wouldn’t call it a six bedroom house since one bedroom didn’t have any privacy at all (could have been called an open bunk room). Jody was wonderful and very attentive to all of our needs. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

Colorado Experience
Publié le 29 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had 12 people, including 4 kids 5 - 12. We used all 6 BR’s. All adults enjoyed king beds in large BR’s, including TV’s. Kids were in bunks & enjoyed having a kitchen/fridge in their room. Much of our time at the Lodge was spent in the kitchen/dining area plenty of room for many to gather. Also spent lots of time on the huge front deck for dining or just enjoying CO views. It’s not easy to find a space big enough for this diverse group. The Lodge was a great property, which we really enjoyed .

Great place with terrific views

Couples had a private area and all of the children had proper bed space. Bathrooms were likewise spacious and accommodating. Balcony views were stunning and that's where we spent a good portion of our time. Highly recommend this property to other large parties looking for a convenient location with great views and accommodations.

We stayed at this house to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. I can't imagine a better home for that special of a family moment. There was wildlife always outside the door to watch from the deck like a newborn elk calf nursing or full male elk with glorious antlers. The kitchen and living room were large enough for all 11 of us to hang out or eat and not be in each other's way. Town is just 10 mins away so getting to the store, a restaurant, or go shopping is convenient.

We had 10+ people and could hang out in the kitchen or living room without disturbing people who wanted to sleep in. It was simply ideal for a group with different schedules and routines.
Assist, super well stocked for a short-term rental. We had all the cooking utensils and random things we needed.
