Need more staff at reception. Mostly unattended. Double booked on Expedia and that was a real problem to resolve

No hot water in the bathroom evening and in the morning. No one on the desk to complain to at 8.10am. Rang to complain when we arrived home and receptionist said someone would ring on Thursday. Still no satisfaction. Hence the bad review.

This hotel is unique. It is strangely integrated into a mall with restaurants a cinema and shops (although not all open as I went on a special day of celebration) The design is very interesting but not so easy to find your way. My only complaint is that in the room the wi-fi was not good. It might be that our room was very far from the reception desk. Even so we enjoyed being there

Very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable and convenient location.
