Front desk was very friendly. Room was very clean, everything worked, ac worked good. Location was great. No issues with noise or people outside. Will definitely stay here again.

Wads of hair on the floor due to not sweeping. This was beside the refrigerator and sink. Black hair tie on the floor beside it.

I was traveling from NC, my friend reserved my room I got to the property tired after driving almost 10 hours only to get there and finding out they didnt have a room for me. I was really tired and sat in my car for a couple minutes before attending a very important meeting, the staff came to my window and proceeded to tell me they were going to call the police if I didnt leave.

If you like mildew and poor customer service...

The room smelled like mildew and/or pets to the extent that our allergies were affected and we couldn't stay there. They wouldn't give a refund even though we were forced to stay at a different hotel. The woman who checked us in was very nice but the manager who refused the refund told me to "take it up with Hotel's.com". When I did, the rep from Hotel's.com called the hotel and said that it had been longer than 48 hours since our stay (it was the first business day after our cancelled night's stay) and they couldn't refund my money. Wouldn't recommend at all.
