I was traveling from NC, my friend reserved my room I got to the property tired after driving almost 10 hours only to get there and finding out they didnt have a room for me. I was really tired and sat in my car for a couple minutes before attending a very important meeting, the staff came to my window and proceeded to tell me they were going to call the police if I didnt leave.

If you like mildew and poor customer service...
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe room smelled like mildew and/or pets to the extent that our allergies were affected and we couldn't stay there. They wouldn't give a refund even though we were forced to stay at a different hotel. The woman who checked us in was very nice but the manager who refused the refund told me to "take it up with Hotel's.com". When I did, the rep from Hotel's.com called the hotel and said that it had been longer than 48 hours since our stay (it was the first business day after our cancelled night's stay) and they couldn't refund my money. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Terrible Hotel Experience Ruined Our Getaway
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe website lied about having an indoor pool on the property. When we checked in and attempted to go to the pool we we're told that the website needs to be updated and the pool is actually down the street at the REC CENTER!! To make it worse Hotels.com refused to compensate us despite confirming with Lisa at the front that there is no pool access on the property and we'd driven 8 hours from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. So, we were not pleased that we traveled so far to be stuck in a rinky dink hotel because everything else was booked due to the 4th of July.
