This is the cutest little community. The meeting House is a great spot to gather with friends and the rooms are absolutely beautiful and very clean.

unfortunately, the tv was through the wifii and the speed of the connection did not allow us to have the tv for the final game of the World Series. That issue should have been stated and the management said that this is a problem in the entire area. Direct tv or Dish do not have that problem and i will be more careful in booking places in the future that try this solution providing TV and internet.

Too Noisy

Quick Getaway

It was definitely lively and noisey in the room until 10:30p...but the listing had already prepared us for that, so we honestly didn't mind. Only main "con" was the room temperature...it was so warm in our room bc there's1 thermostat for 3 rooms. Overall great way to try out Carlton Landing. Perfect for a super affordable quick weekend away. We loved Mama Tig's pizza, enjoyed drinking cocktails and playing Checkers in the Meeting House, had lovely walks around the community and enjoyed soaking in the hot tub while it was 40 degrees outside.

Great location, no amenities or service
Publié le 1 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayNo one answers their phone and the manager does not communicate through the Vrbo app so if you send them a message it will never be replied to. You have to email them and when you do you will be waiting for a bit to get a response. They did accommodate an earlier check in time which I appreciate it. However, check in instructions were not clear, amenities extremely sparse, uncomfortable bed, the only positive was that it was a great location/neighborhood.

Hello! We have several emails back and forth during your stay. We had zero missed calls from you. When you reached regarding wifi or any other information we replied back immediately. The rooms have binders with all of our information.
We want to make sure our guests have the best experience when they are staying with us. We have not had any complaints regarding an uncomfortable bed.

Great getaway

I had an in-line seminar and the coffee house was perfect to hang out in. The bed comfy and people were great!! I’m already planning another teip
