Monthly trip

Was on a weekend trip for family gathering. The owner was very polite and understanding we needed a few more hours after the set check out time. Was older hotel but room was clean and smell fresh. We have stayed here each time we visit the town

Dirty is an understatement the bathroom had dead roaches everywhere the bathroom light was flickering had to switch room the next room wasn’t any better there was a nasty odor and the blanks were stained and the ac filters were filthy I would never stay there again. The hotel staff was rude and slow on requests

Beware! Hotel misadvertised.

Property listed as free-breakfast, when in fact breakfast was discontinued in 2020 but that has never been updated on websites. The hotel isn't apologetic or helpful at all. There is no notice about this and we found out in the morning when we went to the breakfast area. However, there is a notice about the pool, which has been filled in. According to the notice, guests can show their key cards at a local community center a couple miles away to swim there, but we didn't test that. There should at least be a notice about breakfast as well, or mention of this fact when checking in. Aside from that, contact with staff was awkward. No staff in lobby and must contact by dialing 0 from there. I was instructed to leave the key card at the desk without handing it to anyone.

No free breakfast and no pool like it said and the rooms was so gross upon arriviam they moved us to another room where there was bugs and we had to turn the ac which took hours to cool down. And hotels.com didnt help me so much for being a silver member

Die Dame am Check-in war vollkommen überfordert und lustlos, einfach schrecklich, das angebotene Frühstück war furchtbar, der Kaffee stand wohl schon mehrere Tage in der Kaffeemaschine, es gab lediglich EINEN Gebäckteilchen pro Person und Schluss

There was hair in the drain in shower that we removed! Clerk not friendly. Surrounding area behind plexiglas - messy. Front entrance looked okay.
