Worst hotel

The literal worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot for work all over the US. Room appeared clean at first glance then my son stepped on a bee 5 min in. I pulled back the comforter to help him and there was a roach in the bedding. Pulled back the other beds comforter and dried contacts and hair were in the sheets. They offered to move us to the “only other room” but did not have a working TV. Since we were out in the morning we moved bit that room was not cleaner. Every towel was stained and multiple towels had hair on them and the shower knob fell off. Just awful.

This hotel was nasty!! The rooms were not clean, the floors had not been mopped or swept in who knows how long. There was spider webs and bugs in the corners of the room, there was a dirty sock under the bed that had clearly been there for a while because it had dust collected very thick on it. The toilet seat was loose. Our socks were BLACK on the bottom from walking on the floors. YUCK! The smell outside the rooms smelled like something had died and was left to decompose at nature’s rate. I booked on hotels.com for one price and then the owner of the hotel charged me $28 extra dollars. When I confronted him, he immediately said “oh yeah, I noticed that but I’ll fix it later”. I told him “no I wanted it fixed before I left”. The hotel was definitely NOT worth the price. We definitely felt like we needed to decontaminate ourselves after our stay there. YUCK!!!! We will NOT EVER be staying there again!!!

During evacuations should not charge for pets. Most hotels do not.

Very basic motel with many small problems - electrical wiring for bathroom in very poor shape and functioned poorly. Room floor had gum or something stuck to it. Room needed some basic care and maintenance.

I had to change my first room due to a pile of wet rags underneath the room's air conditioner along with a puddle of water. My second room had a clogged sink, the wrong size toiler seat, and an unsanitary shower drain. Some of the walkways and the driving areas had surfaces that needed to be repaired.
