pay a bit more for a better property

very old property, good price but old furniture, very noisy old heater/ac unit - I had to turn it off in order to sleep and the room got very cold. wont stay here again

Best value on our west coast trip…

Checked in late after a long drive from SF. Quick and easy since everything was ready by using the app. Room was clean. Towels smelled fresh. There was proper conditioner and shampoo. Wifi worked well. All amenities were in working condition. There is a grab and go breakfast in the morning. Recommend staying here.

Expedia has a habit of not publishing IMPORTANT check in information on hotel websites - as a result we were unable to get an ill elderly man into a hotel room urgently needed for the night..these kind of screw ups continue to happen and it is my opinion that Expedia is NOT the company it once was, whihc now has me often booking rooms, cars, and travel for our movue company and Race teams thru other services. I hope expedia corrects these issues

A motel with no staff shown with a noisy heater

I haven't seen any staff on my five of six visits to the office to get help. Nobody was there, and the door was always locked. Only the "Ring the Bell" sign was waiting there, which made me turn back. The heater's sound in the room was too noisy to sleep. If this continues, I would choose something other than America's Best Value Inn.
