Very dirty, poor customer service, every room has smoke smell

Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HotelsPositives: Very clean, affordable, comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful, but I didn't ask them for much. Located on 7th St. which is an easy 10 min drive to campus.
Negatives: parking lot is a little tough to get in and out of, neighborhood isn't ideal. No extras except for a fridge and microwave.
Definitely recommended if you're wanting to stay in Eugene without needing luxury.

Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was dated. There was no where to put clothes-no dresser or closet. It was clean. The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice and fluffy. We had a couple of issues that were taken care of quickly. The location was convenient to public transit, the airport, and restaurants. We were there for an event so we didn’t spend much time there. It is not a place to stay if you are just vacationing. The hotel offers no amenities such as a pool.

Very poor neighborhood and people in the neighborhood not controlled by anyone . Possibly or potentially unsafe to individuals and their health and livelihood.

Avoid this Inn, absolutely not worth more than $50-$60 per night. We have been traveling from Seattle and heading for LA, stopped at several Inns along the way, this one was definitely our worst option. I paid around $180 per night and I was going to stay two nights but I had to check out very early morning next day and in fact lost one night because it couldn't be refunded anymore (I wish Expedia had a policy for such situations to at least refund the remaining nights). This Inn doesn't even have "professional" staff, we felt very bad smell from the room (couldn't figure whether due to detergent or any other thing), and we were very uncomfortable with the environment in general.

When we arrived at the "inn" it seemed run down and sketchy. We still decided to check in because we had paid in full. We went to our room which smelled strongly of bleach. We pulled back the bedding to find a live gnat type bug and dead gnat type bug. The shower and bathroom floor had alot hair. No way was this bathroom cleaned properly. We checked out, were told no refund...we were out $160.00. This place is far from an "inn." More like a strip of run down rooms. Do not waste your money here!!!!
