Just wasn't our cup of tea...
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt was nice to park close to hotel but 15.50 to park for the night is ridiculous. After driving 2 hours we were a little tired and were told we could go straight to our room and my phone would serve as a room key. Nope, had to stand at front desk for 20 minutes instead and give info I had already given online. Finally made it to the room, it was clean but cold and the body wash dispenser was broke. So we had to take a shower with no soap. Went to make coffee and here were two creamers and two sugars. So I went without so I could have a cup in the morning. This is a reputable place where quality is essential and guests shouldn't have to ask for simple basic items. This was the first time my girlfriend and I went out of town together and I wanted it to be nice. It just wasn't what I expected for the money I paid.

Staff charming and helpful, location worked well, done good restaurants around. Clean hotel - did not use pool or gym but looked well appointed. Room spacious and had all you would need for longer than our 2 night stay.
