Horrific stay!
I arrived at 10:00 PM to check in, and after a 9 hour drive, was told by the two women at the front desk, I had to wait until after their shift-change to check into my pre-paid room, and no, there was no restroom for me to use while I waited; however, I was welcome to go to the Denny's to use theirs.
The road noise from the highway was unbearable! from the room, and they have made zero attempt to put up any kind of sound deadening barrier to reduce the noise for those facing the highway. I asked on the morning of the second day to move to another room, the poor guy at the desk couldn't do anything. I felt bad for him, he clearly wanted to help, but was stuck.
I returned in the evening to find I had not received service at the room. Oh well, this trip was just me, so I had an extra towel and would be fine.
The felon-looking neighbors were blaring music (blaring, not loud or audible, but BLARING) at 3:00 AM. I was awakened by road noise and people yelling outside the room just after 6:00 AM. The conversation surrounded others irritated at paying $200 a night for a room at Motel 6 and NOT HAVING HOT WATER! I too had a cold shower 2 hours later. Desk told me it was because "all those people took showers this morning". I requested towels for my room, no towels delivered.
Horrible property, I'll NEVER stay here or any other Motel 6 ever again. They should be de-platformed by Expedia for their complete inability to meet basic hotel expectations!
