To be fair, this motel is probably priced lower than bigger chain alternatives in the city. It is not a part of a chain, so you can't expect everything to be "new" and shiny. There is no pool or any amenities like that. The room was clean, but the physical structure a bit "worn", doors didn't close easily, sink had been "repaired". The shower seemed relative new though, and the tiles were all clean and in good shape. The TV worked fine and the internet connection was good also. The towels seemed mismatched and were old though. The bed was ready for a new mattress as well. I prepaid online beforehand, but they took a $50 deposit on my card when I arrived anyway, but that was quickly refunded a day or two after I returned home. I did not have to ask or bug them about it. Would I stay here again? Maybe. It is a somewhat convenient location, and priced lower than most of the chains...

Bathroom door would fully close, bathroom fan didn’t work, sofa fabric was shredded, carpet was stained.

Best pillows ever of all the hotels we've ever stayed at. Not too thick, not to thin, and enough pillows to read propped up in bed. Family run with cute kids, too.

Room and property were clean on arrival. The hotel was within walking distance of most necessities. The bathroom door did not latch and management was informed but never checked. Housekeeping only came to the room once in our 7 day stay.
