A lovely, well fitted out home in one of the most beautiful parts of Spain.

Publié le 24 sept. 2018 sur HomeAway
This house was the property of the now owners father and has been turned in to a holiday rental with care and affection. It is very well fitted out, the rooms are large and furnished with everything needed for your holiday accommodation. Sitting in beautiful Urdasa the property is at the crossroads of Navarre, La Rioja and the Basque Country, a truly special part of Spain. It could not be more convenient. But. The property advertisement is misleading when it comes to the garden. The size is fine but the aspect is disappointing. There are only views of the plastic green house and piles of wood being stored by the saw mill next door. The is no noise from the wood yard in August and at the weekends but during the normal working week, if you are at home, it can be intrusive. We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed the house and would recommend the area as one of the prettiest in Spain, and, we have lived and travelled in Spain for fourteen years.

Thanks Martin, I am glad that you enjoyed the house and the area. These days were working outside at the sawmill and that is why were more noisy than usual. But the house is perfectly isolated and when you are inside I am pretty sure that you can not hear anything. Thanks a lot!

A very nice, well-equipped vacation home

Publié le 5 juill. 2016 sur HomeAway
We were very favorably impressed both by the property and by the host, Ibai. He provided us with all the necessary information about the nearby nature park, so that we could fully enjoy the experience. He also gave us the maps, and lots of inside knowledge we would not have been able to find anywhere else. The only two things that we needed but did not have were an electric kettle and an iron.
