Un motel où les chambres ont été rénovées mais qui n'offre quasiment aucun service (pas de guest laundry, pas de petit déjeuner, pas de frigo et l'internet est payant). De plus, le prix de la chambre n'est pas donné donc mieux vaut s'orienter vers un hôtel plus cher mais offrant de réels services.
