Comfort

It was a quick drop in late in the evening we got to town. The lady was very nice checking us in. I have my service dog with me and she put us in a room on the first floor. It look a little worn but it was perfectly clean and in good condition. The man working in the morning was very nice as well. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Elevators not working correctly, reported, not repaired. Breakfast menu, but no waitstaff (service to start @ 7:00 AM, didn't). Who knows, maybe no kitchen staff either. A very, very disappointing stay.

Thank you for the review and please accept our apologies' for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we had to wait in a part for the elevator so it could not be fixed immediately. As far as breakfast I'm uncertain, I'll have to inquire if/why they opened a little late on that date. Thank you again and we hope you have a great day.
