Very nice B&B. Walkable to most of Eureka Spings, but is quite hilly. If the climb is tough the Trolley Stop is right in front of the property. The hosts are fantastic, will go back

Great place to stay. Nice rooms and comfy beds. Close to downtown. Best breakfast of any B&B I have stayed in by far. Great price and value.

Wonderful stay at Ojo Inn. Stayed in the Hideaway which was quiet and a lovely retreat. The inn is on the trolley loop so easy to access everything. The breakfast each morning was amazing. Definately recommend 5 Ojo Inn.

Thank you, Rhonda, for the wonderful review! We're very glad you enjoyed your stay here at the Ojo. We're so sorry you had an issue with the temperature. The a/c for the Willow is actually a higher BTU than recommended for the room size and, if we could fit a bigger one in there, it would cause the room humidity to increase. We believe the unusually warm weather we had this week probably made it difficult to reach a 63 degree temperature level anywhere. Hopefully, it won't last long and we'll definitely keep an eye on it. Thanks again for staying with us and, as always, thanks for helping the 5 Ojo Inn become the most popular and only 4-star B&B / Hotel in Eureka Springs! Best wishes and safe travels!

It was our first time staying at a bed & breakfast, and it was a great experience. We stayed in the carriage house, which was a little cottage all to itself away from the main house slightly. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had a mini fridge and a coffee maker. There was even plenty of waters in the fridge for us. The hot tub was right outside of our room, it was 104° and was great! The breakfast was probably the best part it was really good. The staff was very nice and helpful. Oh and we got cookies delivered to our room!

Overall, an excellent experience with great hospitality, we were particularly delighted by the the delicious breakfasts.
