Great staff and comfortable room
Publié le 16 nov. 2021 sur HotelsThe staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom had a few cracked tiles that would snag your foot if you were barefoot but the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is very convenient and was nicely affordable. This was an excellent place to rest while visiting Eureka Springs.

Bryon was outstanding with let us check in a little early. So we could get settled in before going downtown. He also let us know if we ever needed anything don’t hesitate to call him. When we have another trip to Eureka Springs this is the place we’ll definitely stay again. Highly recommend the room with a jacuzzi cause after all the walking in downtown you’ll need it.

Property was extremely clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and very helpful i would highly recommend staying here. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in

The owner was very personable. The motel was clean and quiet, situated on a lovely wooded lot, and close to attractions. Loved the in-room jacuzzi.

Quiet and comfortable room. Only drawback was no available coffee on site during our stay. Office not open till 9am, if open at all for coffee. No in-room coffee. Could use more receptacles.

Coffee is available by request! I do let everyone know at check in if you need anything to please call. I’m the only one here working the office and when I’m out on the property cleaning doing laundry etc….the office remains locked for safety reasons. There are 9 trash receptacles on the property as well as a dumpster. I’m not sure how many more would be needed? I do thank you for choosing BrydanSuites and thank you for your stay!
