Beautiful view of the lake. Staff was super friendly. This property is very basic, has a relaxed atmosphere. I wish they allowed dogs.

Beautiful views of Beaver Lake. We stayed 1 night. The king bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. Would stay here again.

A perfect location for accessing the White River below Beaver Dam. My room was clean, comfortable and well supplied. The facility and grounds are well kept.
I accidently left a pair of my shoes in my room when I left. I was sent a text message that I had done so and where I could find my shoes.

Beautiful views, large rooms, comfortable bed, clean, friendly owners, pool was awesome, zero bugs, fun to watch the hummingbirds, easy commute into Eureka Springs, easy to get in and out for parking. If there was anything that I wished was different, It would be to have the convenience of being able to do a load of laundry. This was only because we spent a week at the property while on a bike trip. But this was definitely not a showstopper for staying at this beautiful spot as there is a laundromat In town that we were able to use. We loved this property and will definitely return if we visit Arkansas again!

The view is great, but the ac didnt work well and it had dirty wash clothes.

Sorry the room was not to your liking.If you would have let me know about the AC, I could have replaced the unit in about 10 minutes. However, upon checking the unit today, it is cooling the room very well. As for the washcloths, I can verify that I personally stocked the room with clean washcloths fresh from the laundry on Friday morning before you checked in. But if there was an issue, all you would have had to do is let me know. At Pointe West our #1 priority is guest satisfaction.
