Nice bed, good hot water for shower and clean. A little out of date but that really does not affect the stay. Staff was fantastic when our tv didn't work, went to desk and help was there in just a few minutes.

The sheets were so old they were completely see through, blankets had cigarette burns in them, pillows had no protector and were grossly stained. However, upon discovering this uncomfortable setting we went back to the office and informed them we would not be staying due to these conditions and they appeared surprised but did give a full refund.

We turned on the air conditioner and it reeked of dead rat smell and we had to turn it off there was bugs crawling in the bathroom the beds were very uncomfortable mattress was very worn out

The property is old and musty. The room we reserved through Expedia wasn’t available for first night and said would have a double queen instead but it was not that either. Old worn loveseat instead of second bed. There were fingernail clippings on the floor and the coffee tray had grime in it, and hair in the ice bucket. I found a spider in one of the towels. Moved to 2nd room as originally booked for 2nd night and the door lock was hard to open. We overslept checkout but instead of calling or knocking, someone just opened the door. Glad I had the chain on but was not decent.
