Beautiful Vineyard Accommodation

Lynwood House is located in the centre of Mudgee wine country to the north of the main town and within 5 minutes to some of the regions best cellar doors including Steins (home to Pipeclay Pumphouse Restaurant ), Lowe Family Winery (home of Zin House), Di Lusso Estate, Bunnamagoo, Huntington Estate, Pieter Van Gent, Peterson's and many more.
Accommodation comprises 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 King bedroom, 3 ensuite bathrooms , lounge, dining, kitchen, deck and pool. A king single day bed can be used if required to accommodate up to 7.

The kitchen is fully equipped and year round comfort is assured with all areas reverse cycle air conditioned. A wood fire is installed for guest enjoyment on those cold winter nights.
There is a covered back verandah and large deck overlooking the gardens. Access to the fully fenced swimming pool is provided for guests.

A large screen TV, Blu Ray, stereo and selection of movies , games and books are provided.

All linen and towels are included . Some fresh kitchen supplies are also provided on your arrival... Milk, , eggs, butter, and a supply of condiments, tea and coffee.

Family weekend away
Our 2 night stay at Lynwood was perfect for our family of 6's weekend away. Robyn was very accommodating with everything we needed for the little ones. The kids enjoyed seeing the cows at the fence, walking around the grounds and swimming in the pool. It's such a beautifully peaceful place and so close to some amazing wineries. We will definitely be back, possibly without the kids next time 🙂

We were three couples visiting the wineries in Mudgee.Lynwood was perfect; location and the quality of the accommodation.We couldn't have asked for anything better! The beds were so comfortable and it was great for each couple to have their own bathroom. We would highly recommend this property and definitely would love to return.

Great property to stay at. Located reasonably close to Mudgee centre and easy access to all the winery’s. Great 3 bedroom property with ensuite for each room. We were a small family group celebrating a significant birthday. The property is lovely, very stylish and comfortable. Each bedroom is so comfortable and the en suite bathrooms were a special treat as unexpected. Robyn has put a lot of thought into the property and making it comfortable for guests. A welcome pack of wines and breakfast goodies was happily received. We would highly recommend staying here as a central location to explore the area and also enjoy the beauty of the immediate countryside. All went smoothly and Robyn was available if required. Highly recommend!

This Stayz is connected to the owner’s property so not quite a getaway for us coming from inner city Sydney. The house has been lovingly curated only let down by the completely worn out lounge room furniture so there was nowhere comfortable to sit. The bathrooms are new and lovely especially the soaking bath, the beds comfortable with quality linen and generous and thoughtful supplies were left in the kitchen for us. Location is convenient to town and major wineries.

Beautiful Home, wonderful setting, best dog ever!
The home was so comfortable and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. It was an easy place to relax in and the old records were a joy to listen to. It is close to great wineries and town and sitting on the back verandah watching the cows in the late afternoon added to the scene!

Very Neat and tidy hideaway cottage. Room to move with lovely countryside views. Close to all the good wine tasting facilities and also close to town. Very enjoyable. Likely to return in the future.

Very neat and comfortable home in a lovely rural setting close to wineries. Bathrooms have been beautifully renovated from those in the pics… kitchen super well equipped (but no dishwasher) . Lovely good and milk and bread left for us made it perfect! Felt really comfortable… like staying at a close friends place!

Great family getaway
Had a wonderful time, this is the third time we have stayed here and absolutely love it. The grandkids loved the pool and we loved that we could have a relaxing time away from the masses during COVID. Looking forward to going again as soon as we get another opportunity. Fabulous country stay!
Robyn and Tony shared their touch of country paradise with us over 5 days. It’s the best family escape we have had in a long time. We spent the days enjoying the property, the pool and the gorgeous dogs. We didn’t feel the need to even explore except for a horse riding adventure! Thanks Robyn and Tony for the extra touches - delicious sourdough, wine, butter, milk and eggs on arrival. The lovely rooms and linen but most of all allowing us to just be and connect as a family!

Very relaxing stay amongst the vines
Great location close enough to town and the vineyards to get around easily and far enough away that the serenity is unsurpassed. Well appointed home with everything you need for a weekend away or even longer. We enjoyed watching the sun go down from the back deck and the breeze that kept the place cool enough to enjoy the fresh air without using the aircon. Robyn is very helpful and accessible if there is anything you need.

Beautiful country stay
A beautiful place to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery. Robyn and Tony’s place is set on their property with a beautiful vineyard as you arrive. They were fantastic hosts, who were so friendly and easy to communicate with. There was fresh essentials provided on our arrival as well as a lovely bottle of their wine. As a family of four there was plenty of room for us and we enjoyed using the newly beautifully renovated bathrooms that each bedroom offered. We would definitely stay there again.
