This place is inexpensive and the people are friendly. The pool is open and appears clean and well maintained. The shower was surprisingly clean, as were the toilet and sink, and the shower had plenty of hot water and a functioning drain. The chair in the room looked like it had been retrieved from a dumpster, and the carpet was worn, stained, and oddly sticky. The bedspread had either holes or a black stain in the middle, I never investigated that closely, but the bed was comfortable. The entirety of the property offers a stunning variety of smells, from urine to bleach, to less identifiable aromas - truly an olfactory adventure. The room itself, though, didn't smell too strongly. There was no coffee maker in the room, but there was breakfast available in the lobby, consisting of Fruit Loops and milk, a waffle maker, and two carafes of regular coffee. Hotel staff and residents were all friendly. The pet fee was very reasonable. For the cost, I would stay there again.

My windshield was vandalized, seems like many rooms have 5-10 people staying, people live in their vehichles in the parking lot. Disappointed in myself for booking this room.

Upon arriving, the corridor by my room smelled of feces. Room was ok. The next morning I awoke to notes on my car from a mistaken drug dealer about someone with a similar car owing him money. Later that night around midnight I got a knock on my door with a person, who I can only assume worked at the hotel, demanding to come in. She threatened to call the police for animal abuse because of a supposed dog being loud in my room. Mind you I have no dog and was on the phone with my girlfriend at a barely audible level. When I informed her I was on the phone she asked about arguing loudly and when I opened the door to motion her to check things out, she left. Checked out and will not be staying there again.
