Bathroom needed serious cleaning & we never got a hot shower because the water never got hot! And we had ANTS in our room 😳 all over window sill and heater below window...for $240 no thank you!

The entryway was full of bird poop and the eaves of the hotel was home to a lot of bird nests. I let the front desk know in the morning that one of the lights was out in my bathroom. Also that morning there was a bug running laps in the hall light fixture. If I saw that the night before I would have left.

Dear Ms. Marsha, thank you for your response. We do apologize for the Clif Swallow issue. They are a protected species, and there is a huge fine it they are bothered while nesting. It is a hard battle to keep them away. We work at cleaning it daily with unsuccessful results. We hope at some point you give us the opportunity to better serve you again in the near future. Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe were traveling with a pet so reserved a pet room. Our initial room had a terrible odor so the front desk changed our room immediately. New room was fine though a bit noisy. Had to bring our pet out for a bathroom break in the early morning while it was still dark and there were no outdoor lights on. Thought this place was a bit pricey for the conditions.
