Everything was good once we got to the hotel except for the meal QR code thing you can scan to get food delivered to the room that was a joke but we did end up getting our food.. The worst part about the whole situation is I reviewed hotel after hotel looking for a place that would shuttle us from a train station to the hotel I specifically called this hotel and they said yes they have shuttle services. Mind I tell you that the bus station is about .4 mi away, The only problem is you have to go over the overpass and we had 75 lb of luggage we wasn't going to drag around. After calling the motel and asking for a ride they refused so we had to get a cab which was $22!!

Broken down vehicles in lot. Bad neighborhood. Homeless all around property. Outdated.

Office manager very unhelpful. Room was so dirty we drove an hour to a nicer hotel and ate the cost. Completely misrepresented in ads. This area and hotel is completely run down. Wish my words could truly express my dissatisfaction.
