Publié le 16 août 2019 sur HotelsTrès bien, juste pour une étape (pas de vue ni pittoresque) près de Boeing. On a profité de la salle fitness qui avait des machines très récentes. Denny's est juste à côté si besoin.

Exceptional bar and restaurant staff!

The best part is the absolute friendliness and attentive service from every member of the wait staff including bar staff. If you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, high end atmosphere and attentive friendly staff , we highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms were large enough and clean. A couple of problems. We had 2 rooms. One was not ready when we arrived about an hour after check in time. Both rooms were the same price on the same floor but were NOT the same. One room did not have a microwave or a sink outside of bathroom, the other did. I mentioned the lack of microwave not being there to the desk staff and was told I should have requested that when booking. I suggest making sure when you check in that the room you are getting has the typical amenities that you would expect.

This was a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again and look for other Delta hotels in other locations when looking for a place to stay.

The hotel should have advised us that there would be hundreds of kids there. Food was terrible, room service brought the wrong items. The staff didn’t answer phones. And charging $7.00 a night to park in what is basically the street is insane. You couldn’t relax at any time due to the constant noise. Absolutely the worst experience ever

During your stay we had no groups in house, all guest individually booked, we do our best to make sure all our guest have a restful and successful stay.
