The hotel in general is good, the service was good. Breakfast is good. Room were clean.
The parking is hard and the safe was closed and it wouldn’t open. I asked the front office how to reset it as I needed to put inside our passports as we are from Canada and we had our passports to go through the border. The lady told me that there was something in the machine th as t resets the safe code and I needed to check after a couple of hours, but I return late that day and next day was our check out. From what I understood, they knew about the safe problem but they didn’t do anything. Anyway, overall rate is good.

Property smelled clean. Condition of room was run down. Pictures of room were deceiving. Sofa bed wasn’t acceptable to sleep on. Springs sticking out. I had to buy air bed for daughter to sleep on. As for outside of property, there was homeless people in lot. I felt unsafe walking to gas station that was on property. The last night we stayed there there was group of people blasting speaker in parking lot outside room at ;am. Called front desk, they did nothing. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anybody.
