We were here on business and only stayed two nights but found the property comfortable and clean. Mario in the restaurant was a great wait person!

The room, food and property staff were absolutely amazing. Everything is new and spacious. It’s a family friendly and has a huge parking lot. I would recommend booking this property directly from their website and NOT using Expedia. I was charged $50 more on my nightly rate by Expedia, as hotel receipt showed much lower rate once I checked out of my room. Thanks for having me.

Check in was bizarre. Nobody in front of us, first customer service agent on the phone, second agent talking to staff in the sitting area. Finally a third agent came around the corner, asked us if we had been helped. She said she can’t check us in but will start the paperwork. Agent 1 finally got off the phone and finished the paperwork. Asked me for a picture id and credit card. Didn’t say anything about charging my card, asked us if we’ve been here before, we said yes. Told us to have a nice day and got back on phone. The hotel accommodations were awesome. Comfortable king size bed with fluffy pillows. The area has really developed with lovely restaurants and cafes. Love the Port of Everett.

The outlets did not work could not plug in anything. The room was very dark. Did not get our wake up call almost late for our flight. The rooms were clean. To far away from anything. Would not stay there ever again. Could not get a receipt on check out. Did not like it at all. No microwave in rooms.

Great location, lots of places to eat, lots of places to walk, pool was too cold, bathroom was awesome, dinner was delicious but a bit uncomfortable because of an over solicitous server. Room was clean.

Nucely renovated and maintained property. We can hear the stumping over our heads the first night when we're on the seond floor. I reserved through Expedia of a room with Marina view ended up gettting a room with the parking lot view, I called the front desk immediately after entering the 1st room but was told nothing else was available. We had to wait until the seond day for moving and being charged an upgrade fee.
