Unfriendly staff, deadbolt on door did not work. Billing paperwork left out on table (desk) for other guests to see. Was actually shown another guests statement. All problems blamed on the fact I booked thru a third party booking site.

Every time we stay at this Red Lion it gets better. Many of the items in the exercise room still don't work well, but this time we got a suite and it was HUGE!

This is a pretty mediocre property. But it is the cheapest one in Everett that is still clean enough to spend the night in with a family. It's not really close to anything. And now the Starbucks is closed. So it's close to nothing.

There was noise all night. People stopping yelling slamming door. Our room was next to the uce machine, it was very loud dumping ice all night

There was no response when I complained about water clogging in the bath tub. There were just two towels whereas we are 4 people. There were just two bulbs with hardly any light.

The bed was extremely firm and my room had a drain in the wall I’m assuming because all I heard was running water the entire time I was there had to turn the TV on to drown it out

By far the worst Red Lion I have ever stayed at. We often stay at Red Lion in other places and have always been satisfied. But, this was different. Both the Red Lion website and Expedia listed the hotel as including free breakfast buffet. When we arrived, all the machines and chairs were dirty and piled in a corner of the food area. Staff politely shrugged and said we aren't serving breakfast now. The vending machines were almost completely empty, and did not appear to be fully functional. The parking lot is dirty, small, and access from the south is not marked- so you have to drive through the alleyway behind a liquor store to get to hotel. If you chose to park on the north side, you can park next to the filthy dumpster or the pile of buckets of used motor oil on the other side. The room was dirty, sticky, with multiple outlets and mirror broken. There was goose feces in the hallway that was never cleaned up. A dog barked down the hall for probably 15min each day. Overall, a VERY disappointing experience.
