Like that it had a kitchenette. No pots, pans, plates are utensils, though.
Disliked hope loud it is. You can hear anyone and everything outside. Appliances and furniture very old and falling apart. Building is clearly relatively new but poorly kept. Has a lot of long-term tenants. Hallways stink from lack off/ poor ventilation. TV is not smart. Bed is not comfortable.

There was a huge dent in the washroom door, the chairs had all of its leather peeled off, and the room smelled of very strong chemicals.
For the price I paid, I would expect the rooms to be in better conditions.

Was not what we expected. Should’ve been a relatively new building but poorly managed and maintained. Demographically not suitable for families.

I booked to arrive late at night. Received an email that front desk would soon close. This was a problem because I had a car load of belongings to unload because the area is known for auto break ins and thefts.
When I called she said they had no doubles, which I had reserved several hours previously but that she didn't have any way to contact me (she could have through Expedia chat).
After a conversation, she said she had another reservation which hadn't shown and would give me that.
When we arrived, she couldn't find luggage carts. Offered me the bins housekeeping use for dirty laundry. I said I couldn't use those and please cancel my reservation rather than offer me the other person's reservation. She did, but then wouldn't give me anything documenting that they didn't have my room and that they didn't have racks provided for luggage. Of course, then the hotel denied my refund. Expedia tried hard to help resolve this for me.
I will also add that this hotel seems also to provide possibly low cost or transitional housing, which may be an important service, but also meant that late at night there were people hanging around the hotel that made me feel possibly unsafe. Not the best area to stay in if you can drive a little further north to Arlington, the crime rates are lower.

A few homeless when I arrived. Grateful for good parking lot lighting. Staff awesome. Room nice
