Es war leider muffig, wir mussten den ganzen Aufenthalt lüften. Auf dem Dekokissen auf dem Bett waren Staubfliesen. Sonst war es sauber und ordentlich, gut ausgestattet.
Toll war, dass pro Nacht jeweils eine Parkerlaubnis ausgehändigt wurde, sodass wir im Anwohnerbereich auf der Straße kostenlos parken konnten.

I only stayed one night, so I didn't use all the facilities, it was just somewhere to sleep. It's a comfortable and clean little flat and I had a good night's sleep.

The Number 4 flat is equipped okay but the place is smelly. Another thing that put me off was the garden- really ugly.

Student accommodation dressed up as something else
Publié le 11 mars 2022 sur HotelsThe apartment is clean and has everything you need. But it is basically a student bed sit, which I have no issue with, however it’s not sold as that. I normally stay in apartments for business as I get tired of hotels, but I won’t be staying here again. Parking was an issue as was street noise from drunk students outside.

I am sorry you feel this way about our property it is a 1 bedroom apartment and is advertised as such it is certainly not a student bed sit as you described, we provide free permits for parking so I am not sure what issues you had there but during your stay, you never messaged or called to discuss this and we are on call from 9 am to 9 pm daily? Unfortunately, as with any location, we have no control over what goes on outside.
We have high customer reviews on this site and many others I am sorry it didn't suit your specific needs.

Very nice small space close to the center of town
Publié le 6 févr. 2022 sur HotelsVery nice space, not only close to the city center, but with a co-op opposite for any needed necessities. Bus stops were also close by for easy access but walking was also doable. Had all that we needed and when we arrived we were even given cookies. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Great stay at number 4

Close proximity to city centre (10 minute walk), convenient co-op directly opposite and free parking with permit provided. Kids absolutely loved having an Xbox in the apartment and everything was spotlessly clean from bathroom to bedding to cutlery and crockery. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Exeter. A great find!!!
