Exeter getaway
Publié le 15 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayA great property that had all you needed whether a 2 day getaway or a month long visit. Ideally located you could walk into the city centre and make your way down to Exeter quay where there is plenty to see and do. We had a week here and it wasn’t long enough, we managed to see a lot of what Devon and Exeter has to offer but we will be back and would use this as our base again. Thoroughly recommended.

Publié le 14 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThe flat was fantastic. Well furnished, plenty of room, great location on a pleasant side street with off-street parking. We enjoyed walking around Exeter and day trips throughout Devon. We highly recommend the apartment.

Excellence in Exeter

The owner, Philip, was courteous and helpful.
The kitchen was well equipped.
The area was walkable to the grocery store, the park, the town center.
Everything was just perfect and I would love to come back and stay again.

Publié le 29 sept. 2020 sur HomeAwayEverything was perfect. Phil had gone to a lot of trouble to make the apartment Covid safe and it was spotless and very comfortable throughout. There is an 18 minute pleasant walk to town but this is compensated by a very quiet neighbourhood. We had a very happy stay in this apartment.

So glad you enjoyed your stay and the neighbourhood. With the regularly changing rules we're pleased to hear that you felt Covid safe - we are both AA and Visit England designated. Just to clarify, it's a mile to Exeter Cathedral, half a mile to John Lewis - no need to exercise the car!

Lovely apartment
Publié le 31 août 2020 sur HomeAwayReally enjoyed our stay, the apartment was lovely and spacious and had everything you could possibly want/need and more 🙂. Location was great too, with the playground just round the corner, worked out really well for our 4 year old. We spent our stay mostly going to the local beaches, which was a short drive away and well worth seeing. Highly recommend!

Truly Outstanding Property

Spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more plus ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood within an easy 20 minute walk of the city centre, the Quay or the University makes it the perfect home from home.
Will definitely be staying there again.
